There's a running joke here on LA about tree law being far more serious business than you'd expect- and it's true- trees can be valued incredibly high by the courts and they're not something you want to fuck around with- some trees can go for 5 figures in price, depending on the age, and size of the tree. In some states, like Oregon, and as a general concept in tort law, there is something called 'treble damages' where you pay as much as three times the value of something, in this case, a tree- and three times the value of a tree can get incredibly expensive when, once again, trees can be tens of thousands of dollars.
To answer your questions:
It's really simple. For many women, a guy sleeping with other girls is a huge turn on. Yes, they get jealous. Yes, it gets complicated and confusing and conflicted, but overall - if other girls like a guy, and if he's successful with them - this will make a girl more, not less, attracted to the guy. +.9999, but skip the chapter on. Familial abuse was the problem, IIRC. It's mostly a good read, but Gavin clearly has some personal hangups and it comes out in the form of sharply turning from supporting women trying to survive abusive situation to victim blaming mothers who aren't able to leave their abusers.
If you're looking for damages or money, you sold yourself short by verbally agreeing to pay nothing, and for him [the person who caused you damages, possibly to your property value] to clean the cut down trees + plant new trees.
You're owed the value of the trees.
There are lawyers who literally specialize in 'tree law'- no joke.
Consult a lawyer before you allow these people to get away with the damages they've done to you.
This is something out of the scope of simple advice for the subreddit- you want a real lawyer + arborist for this- an arborist to determine the value of the trees cut down, and a lawyer [tree law lawyer!] to go after these people for your damages.
I will warn you; whether you're going for 'serious'-actress or 'funny/comedian'-actress, you will be scrutinized about your weight and looks if your serious about going to Hollywood(TV or movies is the same). On top of that you and your future agent will have to be vicious and hungry to get you noticed, getting rejecting at hundreds if not thousands of auditions, and still going at it. And when you get noticed you have to be ready and prepared and hit the mark when the spotlight is on you(metaphorically speaking). Most people obviously don't have that kind of mental strength to follow through on a career like that.
You have to be brutally honest about your strengths and weaknesses; a gorgeous supermodel-looking woman can get away with being a mediocre or bad actress and still have a lucrative career. If she's also a talented actress or has great comedic timing she can be a superstar. An averagely good looking woman or below average looking woman has to be an a-level, top of the line amazing actor or ridiculously funny, so much that people won't focus on her looks.
Hollywood is like this amazing and terrifying roller coaster that only has room for a small handful of people at the time: this small handful of people are the ones racking in all the dough and getting all the gigs. The hundreds and thousands of other actors that are not sitting in the roller coaster are either falling off the ride, or have yet to catch a chance of getting on.
